Vegan Masala Chai

Ingredients

PREPARATION

  • 1 cup (8oz) water
  • 1 tsp loose black tea leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Prana Kitchens Chai Masala
  • 1/4 cup (2oz) of Organic Forager Cashew Milk
  • 1/8 cup (1 oz) of Organic Unsweetened Sown Oat Creamer
  • Optional ½ -1 tsp raw cane sugar

  • To boiling hot water, add Prana Kitchens Chai Masala and sugar. Simmer for 2 mts until aromatic
  • Lower the heat. Add tea leaves, cover & let steep for 2 minutes.
  • Now add milk and bring to a slow rolling boil for an additional minute.
  • Remove from heat, strain the chai into a cup and enjoy hot.
  • Makes one 8oz cup of chai
