Amalaki Pacchadi with Cilantro & Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt (choice of plant-based or regular)
  • 1 tbsp Prana Kitchens Amalaki Pacchadi
  • 1" fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsp coconut (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 green chili
  • Salt to taste


SEASONING

  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • Some curry leaves
  • Pinch of Asafetida
  • 1 tsp oil

  • Blend the Amalaki Paccadi, ginger, cilantro, coconut & green chili into a smooth paste and trasnfer to a bowl.
  • Add yogurt & salt to the paste and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a seasoning pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Remove from heat, add curry leaves & asafoetida.
  • Add seasoning to Amalaki Pacchadi and enjoy.
